These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CrushRoulette.chat (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operated by CrushRoulette. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using CrushRoulette.chat in any way, including initiating a chat session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Chat Rules. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and CrushRoulette.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
CrushRoulette is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Use of the Platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited, and any account or session found to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately and reported as required by law.
3. Description & Access to the Platform
CrushRoulette is a free, no-signup-required random video chat service that connects users in live, one-on-one video sessions. Matching is random; you may end a session and start a new one at any time. Some optional premium features may be available for purchase, but the core matching functionality is free to use.
No account registration is required to use core features. If you choose to provide voluntary information (such as interests or preferences) or purchase optional premium features, you are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for any activity that occurs through your device or session. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, or use the Platform for any purpose other than its intended use.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
- Record, screenshot, or distribute another user’s video or audio without their explicit consent
- Use the Platform to advertise, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the Platform
- Attempt to bypass moderation, age verification, or safety systems
- Collect or store personal information about other users without consent
5. Prohibited Content & Activities
CrushRoulette has a zero-tolerance policy toward the following, and any violation will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable:
- Any sexual content or conduct involving, or appearing to involve, a minor
- Nudity or sexually explicit conduct of any kind, which is strictly prohibited platform-wide
- Exposing genitals or engaging in sexual acts on camera
- Non-consensual recording, sharing, or distribution of another user’s image, video, or likeness
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content that promotes violence against any group
- Threats, harassment, or content intended to intimidate another user
- Solicitation of money, gifts, or financial information from other users
- Promotion or facilitation of illegal activity, including drug sales, weapons sales, or human trafficking
- Impersonation, catfishing, or fraudulent schemes
- Self-harm, graphic violence, or extremist content
Violations may be reported using the in-platform reporting tools or by contacting us directly. See Section 11.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you also agree to the practices described there.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, design elements, and software associated with CrushRoulette are the property of CrushRoulette or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. You retain ownership of any content you transmit during a chat session, but grant us a limited license to process that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and moderate the Platform.
8. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular user you are matched with will behave appropriately. You use the Platform, and interact with other users, at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrushRoulette and its operators, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, or from the conduct of any user you interact with through the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrushRoulette, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, our Chat Rules, or applicable law, or for any other reason at our discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.
11. Reporting, DMCA & Abuse
If you encounter a user violating these Terms, use the in-platform report or block tools where available, or contact us at [email protected]. Suspected child sexual abuse material should be reported immediately to the same address and will be escalated to NCMEC and law enforcement. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with the details of the claim, and we will respond in accordance with applicable copyright law.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution by contacting us directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts as permitted by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
