This Privacy Policy explains what information CrushRoulette.chat (“CrushRoulette,” “the Platform,” “we,” “us”) collects, how it is used, and the choices and rights available to you as a user.

CrushRoulette is a free, no-signup-required random video chat platform that connects users with other users for live, one-on-one conversations. Because the Platform is built around spontaneous, anonymous-style connections, we intentionally keep the personal information we collect to a minimum.
This Policy applies to your use of crushroulette.chat and any associated apps or services that link to it. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information generated automatically through your use of the Platform, and information needed to establish a live video connection.

CrushRoulette does not require an account, email address, or phone number to use core chat features.
3. How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its matching system
- Connect you with another available user for a live chat session
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Chat Rules and User Agreement
- Respond to reports, support requests, and legal process
- Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage trends to improve performance and safety features
- Comply with applicable laws, including mandatory reporting obligations
We do not use your webcam or microphone stream for advertising profiling, and we do not analyze chat content for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Essential Cookies
Required for core functionality such as maintaining your chat session and applying basic safety controls. The Platform cannot function without these.
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand aggregate traffic patterns and feature usage so we can improve the Platform. These do not identify you by name.
Preference Cookies
Remember settings you’ve selected, such as interface preferences, so you don’t have to reselect them each visit.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may limit some Platform functionality. We currently do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no common industry standard exists for honoring them.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Hosting, content delivery, analytics, and payment processing vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
- Legal Compliance: When required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CrushRoulette or its users
- Child Safety Reporting: Any suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement, as required by law
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
6. Data Retention
Connection and security logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is required for an active investigation, abuse report, or legal obligation. Live video and audio streams are not recorded or stored by CrushRoulette under normal operation. Reports and moderation records tied to a Chat Rules violation may be retained longer to support repeat-offender enforcement.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and restricted internal access controls, to help protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe you’ve discovered a security vulnerability, please contact us using the details in Section 14.
8. Age Requirement & Children’s Privacy
CrushRoulette is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old. The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we become aware that a user under 18 has accessed the Platform or that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take prompt steps to terminate that access, delete the associated information, and, where applicable, make reports required under law. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors and will report any such content to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor has accessed the Platform can contact us using the details in Section 14 to request removal of related data.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a portable copy of your data

CrushRoulette publishes editorial comparisons and reviews referencing other chat platforms. These pages are provided for informational purposes only; we do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of any third-party site you may visit through a link on our Platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before sharing information with it.
11. International Data Transfers
CrushRoulette operates internationally, and information we collect may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, including jurisdictions with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect information transferred internationally.
12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
